Thank you for visiting my blog about Shady Hollow Flea Market, located on Highway 59 South, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. The 2010 season is well under way!! Make plans to visit Shady Hollow Market now, before the season slips away!!!

There will be a four day market this 4th of July weekend, Friday through Monday. The weather looks great, we hope you will come and spend a day with us!

Just a note, many vendors are unable to accept credit/debit cards at the market. Please be prepared to pay for your purchases with cash or check!

4TH OF JULY!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

Thanks to all who came out and celebrated the 4th of July with us!! There is so much to share it's hard to know where to start! This will have to be a multiple post blog!!!

Thanks to David Kinderman with KRCQ for his live broadcast and informative interviews with the vendors! I hope everyone was tuned in and thanks David for an excellent broadcast! We hope to have you back again real soon!! (Get it, back!!!) More pictures of David in my blog so you know who he really is!!!

About 10:30, our special guest, La Ditzy the Clown arrived in style! I would like to personally thank her for making the special appearance and adding so much to everyone's 4th of July!! Everyone is still talking and laughing about the addition she made to the parade and everyone's day! I sure hope you got that poo off your shoe!!!

Everyone had a great time and I think it goes to show, that you don't have to be a kid to have a good time, a good laugh and love clowns!! I even caught up with Dave, "clowning" around!!!
